The Geopolitics program at CES University is strongly based on social and human sciences, aimed at preparing individuals who are sensible to national and international processes and their interactions, who have the capacity to analyze and debate as well as to understand local and global tendencies in a political, cultural and economic context.

What is Geopolitics?
Geopolitics is the discipline that seeks to understand world events that affect the development of a nation from a geographical and political perspective. It studies the influence of geographic factors on the life and evolution of States in order to draw conclusions from political, economic and strategic events; promotes the development of economic expansion tactics and organizational growth, which are favorable for companies that produce services and products sold in different national and international territories under severe competitive forces. Geopolitics studies the geographical causality of political events and the future effects involving them. It also evaluates the influence of the physical environment; living space and geographic location have on organizations, the behavior of States and the power relations between them.
